New Regulation in SMS Verification on the SGK Non-Employment Notification Entry System
Dear Business Partner,
The Social Security Institution (SGK) has announced that an SMS verification system will be implemented for user logins to enhance access security and ensure data protection within the application.
Accordingly,
As of 01.07.2025, secondary verification via SMS will be introduced for SGK’s “Notification of Non-Work” system. To ensure the proper functioning of this verification process, the declaration user will be able to authorize up to 3 individuals, and the SMS will be sent to the authorized user who logs into the system.
As a Result,
SGK will launch the SMS-based secondary verification in the “Notification of Non-Work” system starting from 01.07.2025. Under this new regulation, the declaration user will be allowed to authorize up to 3 people, and when one of the authorized individuals logs into the system, the SMS will be sent to their registered phone number.
This verification step aims to increase access security and data protection. To ensure smooth login, users must verify and update their phone number information registered with the SGK via the e-Government portal.
