SGK E-Declaration User Transactions Can Now Be Done Online

Dear Business Partner, The E-Declaration User Change Application has been launched.
Summary: SGK e-declaration user change transactions can now be carried out through the Workplace Declaration Application.
The authorized user can perform transactions by clicking the “Go to Application” button on the following link https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/sgk-4a-isyeri-bildirgesi and querying the workplace registration number for which they have authorization.
E-Declaration User Transactions
After the change requests are approved by the institution and the e-insurance contract is confirmed via the e-Government platform, the new user will become active.
